Okayama University Medical Shool, Faculty of Medicine has been accredited by the Japan Accreditation Council for Medical Education (JACME) .

Okayama University Medical School has undergone the second round of certification evaluation in the field of medical education by the Japan Accreditation Council for Medical Education (JACME) and has been accredited as meeting international standards for the quality of medical education.

As a result of this accreditation, graduates of Okayama University Medical School, Faculty of Medicine are now eligible to apply for the certification process required to take the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE), conducted by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG).
