108 Medical Students and 160 Health Sciences Students Join Okayama University on April 2, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

On April 2, 2024, 108 new students in the Medical School and 160 in the School of Health Sciences were welcomed to Okayama University.<\/p>\n

In the morning, the new students attended the university-wide entrance ceremony for all faculties and graduate schools. In the afternoon, they participated in an orientation for new medical students held at the Junko Fukutake Hall on the Shikata Campus.<\/p>\n

The orientation began with the Okayama University anthem and student song. Dean Shinichi Toyooka Director of Okayama University Hospital Yoshinobu Maeda delivered congratulatory and encouraging messages to the new students. The event concluded with an introduction of faculty members from the Medical School and the School of Health Sciences executive teams.<\/p>\n
