It is a core compulsory subject and is subject to continuous performance-based assessment.<\/p>\n<h2>Overview<\/h2>\n<h3>Professionalism\u30fbBehavioral Science\u2160\u3000\uff5eOkadai Med Arts\u2160\uff5e<\/h3>\n<p>Students learn the fundamentals of professionalism, self-awareness, understanding others, and basic communication skills. In addition, through off-campus training and experiential learning, students deepen their understanding of society and healthcare settings, taking their first step as medical students.<\/p>\n<h3>Professionalism\u30fbBehavioral Science\u2161\u3000\uff5eOkadai Med Arts\u2161\uff5e<\/h3>\n<p>Students study research ethics and the importance of dialogue in interpersonal relationships. They also develop practical communication skills, including approaches such as Humanitude, and deepen their understanding of diversity.<\/p>\n<h3>Professionalism\u30fbBehavioral Science\u2162\u3000\uff5eOkadai Med Arts \u2162\uff5e<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1606\">Students examine the relationship between healthcare and society from multiple perspectives and explore career development as physicians.
